Introducing Vantaca Gives Back

Supporting Texas Flood Relief: Vantaca and United Way Partner at Vision 2025

This year, we're proud to partner with United Way of San Antonio to give back to our host community. As a community partner of the United Way of the Cape Fear Area, Vantaca is joining forces with to support families impacted by the devastating July 2025 flooding in Kerr County, Texas.

Through the United Way for Kerr County fund, 100% of donations go directly to long-term recovery efforts including safe housing, food access, economic recovery, and essential needs. United Way of San Antonio has already distributed $973,000 to 10 nonprofit partners working on the ground in Kerr County.

Pre-Conference Training Day: Register Today!

We’re excited to announce that the Pre-Conference Training Day agenda is now live for Vantaca Vision 2025—and it’s packed with practical, hands-on sessions designed to help you get even more value from your Vision experience.

Taking place on Monday, November 10, this bonus day includes dedicated training tracks for both Accounting and Community Management + Admin professionals, with sessions tailored to beginner and advanced users alike.

And new this year—we’ve added a Monday morning HOAi training, exclusively for HOAi customers!

Get hands-on training in dedicated tracks designed for your role:

• Fundamentals & Advanced Accounting Trainings - Streamline workflows and advanced features
• Essentials & Mastery Admin Trainings - Optimize processes and resident experiences
• HOAi Customer Only Trainings - Exclusive morning session for HOAi customers (NEW!)

This full-day training is included with your Vision registration—at no extra cost—but space is limited. Seats are first come, first serve.
