He has been instrumental in the design and development of Vantaca, and his influence and input continues to help the organization deliver a best-in-class software solution to the association management industry. Greg holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Michael's College in Vermont.

Kathy Simonovich began her career in community association management in 1989 with a local builder/developer, establishing connections through the local Chamber of Commerce and NVBIA. In 1994, she joined a Maryland-based firm as Office Manager and later became a portfolio manager. By 1998, she was running operations at a Northern Virginia community association firm, where she became a partner in 2004, overseeing the company's success. She holds multiple certifications, including CMCA, AMS, and PCAM, and serves on her HOA's Board of Directors.

Wendy Bush began her career in community association management in 1988, starting as an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable team member at a Northern Virginia firm. After five years, she transitioned to the Administrative Support and Corporate Account team, managing software conversions, financial statement production, and system support. After 27 years, she moved to a smaller local company in Manassas. In 2015, Wendy joined a local community association management team as Director of Operations, responsible for overall operations, software system implementation, and staff support. She holds a CMCA certification and an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Accounting from Northern Virginia Community College.
