Vantaca and Compliance View 360 Announce Integration Partnership

Author Avitar
Vantaca and Compliance View 360 (“CV360”), the developer of the World’s First GPS-Driven, Visually Interactive Property Inspection System, today announced a strategic integration partnership that expands Vantaca's large portfolio of software partnerships.

Full integration between the two partners will allow Vantaca users to perform property inspections from anywhere in the world and seamlessly synchronize data between the two platforms. It will also unlock an unprecedented level of productivity and efficiency among community managers to the benefit of the millions of homeowners living in planned communities across the U.S.

With 29% or over 74 million Americans currently living in the approximately 358,000 Community Associations located in the U.S., and with that number growing exponentially, the need for qualified property managers is significantly outpacing the stream of new managers coming into the industry. The current labor shortage combined with rising wages, inflation, and the projected mass exodus of a significant percentage of the current labor force due to retirement has the property management industry anxiously searching for technology-based solutions to close the gap. For community association management companies across the country, the ability to accept and adopt the use of new technology that automates or removes mundane and time-consuming tasks such as property inspections can be the difference between capitalizing on the explosive growth of planned communities and crumbling under the weight of the demand and inability to recruit and retain top talent. The integration between CV360 and Vantaca will allow for the easy exchange of information between the two systems and allow community association management organizations to eliminate the unnecessary and archaic workflows currently used to inspect and manage planned communities.

Wesley Hunt, CV360’s CEO, commented, “I am extremely excited to announce this partnership and to be working with Ben Currin and The Vantaca team. They have been an ardent supporter of our platform from the beginning, and their willingness to work with us on the integration side has significantly enhanced our go to market efforts and allowed us to begin combatting the current labor shortage and rising costs affecting the property management industry today.”

“Vantaca is committed to improving business performance and making life easier for the owners and operating teams of community association management organizations as well as community associations and boards through the most innovative and modern technology” said Ben Currin, CEO of Vantaca “Wesley and his team share a similar vision to transform our industry and I am delighted to partner with CV360 to extend their property inspection automation capabilities to our current and future customers.”
