What I actually think about this
When I joined Vantaca, the company was already moving fast. What I didn't expect was how intentional the culture was at that pace. Most companies at this growth stage are playing catch-up — patching culture as they scale. Here, the people coming in were actually strengthening it. That's a different thing entirely.
That's what "Win as a Team" actually looks like in practice. Not a tagline — a real operating principle. When 98% of our team members say people here genuinely care about each other, and 97% say they're given real responsibility, that's accountability showing up at every level, not just at the top.
This certification validates what the data inside the company already told us. It also gives us a concrete benchmark going forward — and I'm not interested in letting it slip. Always growing isn't just something we say about our product roadmap. It applies to how we build this team.

Why it connects to the work
