This year, HOAi Voice comes Home — giving every Vantaca customer the option to add fast, reliable, no-wait service directly inside the resident portal at no additional cost. Residents can ask questions, check balances, get updates, and resolve issues instantly through an experience that feels personal, consistent, and always available.

What's Changing

For those who've been using Vantaca Home for some time, you may notice that a few things have moved.

Here's what you need to know...

On your Home page

The menu of options on the left is now collapsed to tidy things up. Selecting the Menu button will expand to show all available pages.
Log In and Sign Up have moved from the center of the page, and are now tucked away inside the Log in button.

Inside Home

My Profile, Help, and Log Out have moved to a new dropdown menu in the top-right corner, under the resident’s name.

And some of the more noticeable differences are the cleaner layout and a more accessible design for all residents.

Dashboard sections are neatly organized, putting the most valuable tools exactly where a resident might expect them to be.
Colors are bolder, and with more contrast.
Text is bigger, darker, and with more spacing.
Status tags, alerts, and notifications use color and text to clearly communicate what the resident needs to know.
Home is more compatible with assistive technology like screen readers.

Here’s what those updates look like in practice, using the Board Member view of an ARC Request as an example.

The title stands out, with much larger, bolder text.
The attachment is no longer just a paper clip icon, instead now including View Attachment in blue linked text.
Voting status now includes clear labels, for Approved, Declined, and Pending.
Info about the request is organized more clearly.
Send a Message is now a prominent button with prescriptive text, not just a small grey mail icon in the bottom corner.

The new Vantaca Home is built to support all of your existing settings, configuration, and customizations. This includes:

Your company logo
Your management company name
Any community-specific portal branding (Association names and logos)
Front-page images
Text descriptions
Any custom text fields
Any custom pages you've added
