Caren Carnine was raised in the Napa Valley and is a mother of four beautiful children.  She relocated to the Coachella Valley about 29 years ago.  She began her career in community association management in 1997 and started working for Personalized Property management in 2010.  She has served as an on-site manager for a single community and now manages a portfolio of associations. She serves as the office manager, escrow coordinator and compliance manager as well.  She has strong leadership skills and organizational skills,  Her dedication to her work and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease maker her an invaluable member of any team.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia Southern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, along with Associates Degrees in Business Technology and Marketing. With a background spanning both banking and community association management:
  • He served as a Financial Center Operations Manager at a global bank for six years, focusing on sales, customer service, auditing, and compliance.
  • Transitioning to Community Association Management in 2016, he became a Community Association Manager overseeing a portfolio of 12-25 communities.
  • He achieved the CMCA® credential in 2017, followed by the AMS® credential in 2018. In 2021, he earned the prestigious PCAM® credential, one of only 12 in Michigan.
  • Actively engaged in industry leadership, he has served on the Michigan Legislative Action Committee since 2019 and the CAMICB CMCA® Exam Development Committee since 2021.
  • Since 2023, he has contributed to the Board of Directors for the Michigan Chapter of CAI, currently serving as President-Elect for the 2023/2024 term.
  • He holds a license as a Community Association Manager in Florida since 2023.
  • Currently, he is the Chief Operating Officer at KS Management, Inc., overseeing a team of approximately 50 employees across management, landscaping, maintenance, and mortgage departments.
