As CEO, Ben's focus has been to build a successful company with a thriving culture that improves the lives and businesses of Vantaca's customers. Ben has been a member of Vantaca's leadership team since 2017, serving in various executive-level strategy and operational positions. Before Vantaca, Ben spent nearly a decade as a submarine officer and nuclear engineer in the U.S. Navy where he successfully led sailors on operational deployments around the globe. Ben holds a BS in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Thomas is a seasoned technology professional with a rich background in public safety software development. He earned his degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and began his career at VisionAir, a pioneering local company in this field. Over the years, Thomas has held numerous key positions at VisionAir and its successor companies, TriTech Software Systems and CentralSquare Technologies. His roles have included Senior Developer, Architecture Manager, and Lead Architect for the public safety and justice product group. In these capacities, Thomas has been instrumental in guiding a large development organization towards modernization and cloud technology.
