Vantaca Coast to Coast - TAMPA

B.D. Snow is the Director of Sales Engineering at Vantaca, where he works with management companies around the country to tailor and deliver community management software solutions. With a background in association management and small business, B.D. has collaborated with hundreds of clients to refine Vantaca’s products. He bridges technical and sales teams to ensure solutions to deliver a better quality of life for clients. Outside work, B.D. enjoys looking for rocks and listening to migratory songbirds.  

Leslie has been a community management leader for over 26 years. Throughout this time, she has literally managed every type of community association in multiple markets, has managed associations both directly and through a management firm, and has served in various leadership roles with management firms. 

Leslie is committed to the community management industry and has a zest for improving the industry for the next generation of homeowners and managers. Her varied experience and life history has provided her with an ability to relate to most any manager and she firmly believes that an educated board member is our best ally in this industry. 

In 2019 Leslie began consulting and serving as an expert witness for litigation involving associations. In 2022 she founded Community Association Consulting Experts, or Community ACE. And in 2024 she expanded her firm’s offerings to include full-service management to associations of all sizes providing boutique level services, with industry leading technology. 

In addition to being licensed in the State of Florida as both a CAM and a CAM CE Provider, Leslie holds the CMCA, AMS, LSM & PCAM designations. 

Jarrett Tran is a community association management professional who has served in the industry for 19 years. He has experience with apartments, condominiums, mixed-use properties, large-scale communities, single-family home communities, and townhomes.    

Jarrett is a senior account executive at AvidXchange, selling to association management companies across The United States. AvidXchange is a SaaS company that streamlines accounts payable for community association management companies. Before joining AvidXchange, Jarrett was CAMS's Regional Vice President in Charlotte, North Carolina. Before his career at CAMS, he was the Vice President of Onsite Management for GrandManors, the Onsite Management Division of RealManage, based in Plano, Texas.  Jarrett was part of a team that created the GrandManors concept in 2015 and grew it to serve over 20,000 homes nationwide in 2020. This journey with RealManage began while he was serving as an onsite manager for a 305-unit, mixed-use luxury mid-rise in Charlotte. He has managed North Carolina, Florida, California, Texas, and Colorado communities. In addition to being an industry professional, he served as the treasurer of Quail Hollow East Condominiums from 2012-2018 and is currently the president of Towns at Kestrel Village HOA. 

Jarrett holds the AMS and PCAM designations recognized by The Community Associations Institute and a Florida CAM License. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. 

Matthew brings has a decade of experience in commercial lending with a family that owns a successful HOA property management company, providing HOA Capitol with the insight necessary to provide associations with the resources they need in the ever-growing lack of options in the HOA lending market. Matthew helped launched HOA after seeing a majority of HOAs are underfunded, but through customizable loans from lenders across the nation, associations can improve their communities and living spaces efficiently and without large due increases or fees.
