Vantaca Taps 18-Year Industry Operator Catie Marks to Lead Enterprise Growth Strategy

WILMINGTON, N.C. – Friday, April 17, 2026 – Vantaca, the AI-first community association management platform, today announced the appointment of Catie Marks as Director of Strategic Accounts & Industry Advisor. In this role, Marks will work directly with Vantaca's largest management company customers and institutional operators, driving complex engagements and building executive relationships grounded in deep industry experience. She will report to Will Cameron, Chief Revenue Officer.
Marks spent 18 years on the management company side of the industry, most recently serving as President of MAY Management Services, where she led a portfolio of more than 200 associations representing over 30,000 homes. Her tenure included navigating ownership transitions, acquisitions, and the operational complexity that comes with scaling large community management organizations. She is also an active industry advocate who has been involved in shaping legislation that impacts how community association management firms operate.
